DTF Transfers Australia prints professional, ready-to-press Direct-to-Film transfers at our workshop in Coorparoo, Brisbane. Upload your artwork and choose from 28 cm and 58 cm gang sheets, standard cut sheets, speciality finishes—including neon, glitter, pearl, metallic, reflective and glow—or selected iron-on sizes.

Standard DTF transfers are printed on Hot Insta Peel film and require a heat press. Standard handling is typically 3–5 business days after the 12:00 noon Australia/Brisbane cutoff. Same/Next Day handling is coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. Choose Australia-wide delivery or local pickup from our Coorparoo store.

1. Send print-ready art

PNG, JPEG or WebP, about 300 dpi at print size. Export vectors to a correctly sized transparent PNG. We print the white underbase. No setup fee.

2. We print in Coorparoo

Colour and white are printed onto Hot Insta Peel film before our in-house adhesive is applied and the transfer is cured ready for pressing. Speciality options include neon, glitter, pearl, metallic, reflective and glow.

3. You press

Heat press for standard film. Cotton and most fabrics: 160°C, 8 seconds, firm pressure, immediate hot peel, then a 10-second second press. Polyester: 120°C, 30 seconds, firm, cold peel only, then a 10-second second press at 120°C. Household iron only on products labelled iron-on. Pre-press the garment so it is dry.

What to order

Choose the DTF transfer format that best suits your artwork, application method and order size. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Volume discounts start at 6 m² and are calculated automatically in the cart from the total square metres of DTF film ordered, with savings of up to 20%.

DTF Transfers Australia supplies ready-to-press transfers for customers who decorate their own garments. We do not sell blank garments or complete printed apparel through this website.

What film do you use for standard DTF transfers?

Our standard DTF transfers are printed on Hot Insta Peel film. Standard transfers require a heat press. What DTF gang sheet sizes can I order?

Choose 28 cm gang sheets for $21.95 per metre or 58 cm gang sheets for $30.95 per metre. Each gang sheet is built in a one-metre length, and you can order multiple sheets when you need more transfer area.

Do I need a heat press?

Yes. Standard DTF transfers and gang sheets require a heat press. A household iron should only be used with products specifically labelled as iron-on DTF.

Are neon DTF transfers available?

Yes. Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Neon Pink and Neon Orange DTF transfers are available in our speciality range. We also offer glitter, pearl, metallic, reflective and glow finishes.

How long does DTF transfer production take?

Do you sell DTF powder, adhesive or printers?

No. Our adhesive is kept in-house as part of our transfer-production process. We do not sell DTF powder, adhesive, printers or blank garments through the DTF Transfers Australia website. We print ready-to-press film only. For custom printed tees, apparel, blanks and graphic tees, order at T Shirts Australia.

Is there a minimum DTF transfer order?

There is no overall minimum order. You can order an individual cut sheet when you only need a smaller transfer area or start with one metre of gang film for multiple designs.

How should I prepare my artwork?

Supply a PNG, JPEG or WebP at about 300 dpi at the required print size. Use a transparent background for PNG and WebP. Export vectors to a correctly sized transparent PNG. Crop the file closely around the artwork and check its size and quality carefully because artwork is printed as supplied. We print the required white underbase.

Artwork is printed as supplied. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to reproduce their designs—please see our copyright declaration. Uploaded designs are retained for 90 days if you need to order a reprint.

 

Workshop hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–2:30pm and Saturday 9:30am–11:30am (Australia/Brisbane). Closed Sundays and Queensland public holidays.
