Security Policy

DTF Transfers Australia protects your account, artwork and payments while you order custom DTF transfers.

Website and payments

  • The site is served over HTTPS
  • Checkout is processed by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal Pay in 4 may appear depending on what PayPal offers for your order and device. We do not store full card numbers
  • Account passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text

Your artwork

  • Uploaded files are used only to print your order
  • Staff access is limited to fulfilling the job
  • Designs are kept for 90 days then removed, unless the law requires us to keep a record

Report a problem

If you see suspicious activity on your account, or you think a payment was not yours, email admin@dtftransfers.au immediately. We will never ask for your full card number by email or phone.
