Payment Gateway (3rd Party)

DTF Transfers Australia takes payment in Australian dollars. Prices include GST. ABN 76 917 368 976.

How you pay

Checkout is processed by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Depending on your order and device, PayPal may offer PayPal account, debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal Pay in 4 on eligible orders. Pay in 4 is a PayPal product — eligibility and instalments are set by PayPal, not by us. We do not offer Afterpay, Zip or cash on delivery as separate checkout methods.

Payment is also subject to PayPal’s terms and privacy policy. We will never ask for your full card details by email or phone.

When we charge

The amount shown at checkout (transfers, production time if a faster tier is available and you chose it, postage or $0 local pickup) is charged when you complete payment. Production does not start until payment is received.

Invoices

A tax invoice showing our ABN and GST can be attached to the order-complete email. The trading address on invoices is 17 Castlemaine St, Coorparoo QLD 4151.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are sent back by the same payment method where PayPal allows it. Provider processing times can take several business days after we issue the refund.
