How do I build a DTF gang sheet online?

Choose either the Automatic Builder or Manual Builder. The Automatic Builder arranges uploaded designs and quantities for you. The Manual Builder lets you position and resize each design yourself. Review the finished layout carefully because it is used as your printing preview.

What artwork format is required for a DTF gang sheet?

Print-ready PNG artwork with a transparent background is recommended. Prepare files at 300 DPI at their final print size, crop unnecessary transparent space and keep important lines or details at least 1mm or approximately 4 pixels thick. Files must be no larger than 150MB. Artwork does not need to be mirrored.

How quickly will my DTF gang sheet be printed?

Standard handling is typically 3–5 business days after the 12:00 noon Australia/Brisbane cutoff. Same/Next Day handling is coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. Delivery time is additional.

Do you deliver DTF gang sheets throughout Australia?

Yes. DTF Transfers Australia prints gang sheets in Brisbane and delivers throughout Australia. Available delivery services and costs are displayed at checkout. Brisbane customers can also choose local pick-up.

What heat-press settings should I use for DTF gang sheets?

As a starting point, pre-press the garment and then press the transfer at approximately 165°C for 15 seconds using heavy, even pressure. Hot peel the film and post-press under a cover sheet for another 10–20 seconds. Always test because heat presses and garments vary. These transfers require a professional heat press and are not suitable for a household iron or Cricut EasyPress.

About Our DTF gang sheets

DTF gang sheets are built for textile transfers on cotton, polyester, blends, and other garment-friendly materials. Standard gangs are printed on Hot Insta Peel Film. You can place multiple logos, names, and artwork pieces on one sheet to maximise film usage and reduce waste. Apply with a heat press, not a household iron.

Sheets are available in 28 cm and 58 cm, 100 cm long. Pricing is meter-based and customers can build online before checkout.

Artwork and Ordering Checklist

Upload transparent PNG, high-resolution artwork, or other supported files at 300 DPI where possible.
Use the builder to size every logo, badge, chest print, label, or decal exactly where you need it on the sheet.

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A DTF gang sheet is a single sheet of transfer film containing multiple designs or repeated copies of the same design. After printing, the individual transfers are separated and applied to garments using a professional heat press. Gang sheets help customers use the available print area efficiently and reduce the cost per transfer.

Do you sell liquid-adhesive DTF gang sheets?

No. We do not sell liquid adhesive or powderless DTF. Standard gang sheets are printed on Hot Insta Peel film with our adhesive applied in-house. A heat press is required. These are not iron-on.

What DTF gang sheet sizes and prices are available?

DTF gang sheets are available in 280mm × 1000mm and 580mm × 1000mm sizes. Standard prices are $21.95 and $30.95 respectively (GST included). Same/Next Day pricing will apply when that handling tier is available; it is coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. All prices include GST.

Is there a minimum order for DTF gang sheets?

The minimum order is one metre in either the 280mm or 580mm width. Volume discounts start at 6 m² of DTF film, calculated automatically in the cart (up to 20% off).

Can I put different designs on the same DTF gang sheet?

Yes. You can combine different logos, graphics, names and design sizes or fill the sheet with repeated copies of one design. The number that fits depends on each design’s dimensions, orientation, quantity and spacing.
