Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the DTF Transfers Australia website (dtftransfers.au) and to custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers you order from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms by posting the changed version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change is posted is acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Who we are
We, us and our mean DTF Transfers Australia. You means the person or business using the site or ordering from us.
DTF Transfers Australia prints ready-to-press DTF transfers in Brisbane. We sell custom-printed transfer film: gang sheets (28 cm and 58 cm) by the metre, standard cut sheets, speciality finishes (neon, glitter, pearl, metallic, reflective, glow), and iron-on DTF in household-iron sizes. We do not sell finished garments, blank T-shirts, DTF powder, liquid adhesive, or printers to the public.
Custom printed tees and apparel, blanks and graphic tees are available from our sister business T Shirts Australia.
Use of this website
The site is provided for information and ordering. Content may change without notice. We do not warrant that the site will always be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. You use the site at your own risk, except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Material on this site (including layout, graphics, text, software and our branding) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, republish or sell that material without our prior written consent, except where Australian law allows it. Trade marks that are not ours are acknowledged where they appear.
Unauthorised use of the site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
The site may include links to other websites for convenience. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content of linked sites.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment. We may refuse an order (for example prohibited artwork). Payment must be received in full before production begins. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Brisbane time on a business day are treated as received the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.
Your artwork
You must own, or have written permission to use, every design, image, logo and trade mark you upload. You are responsible for spelling, layout, size and checking the on-screen preview before you confirm. The mock-up is a visual aid. Screens are backlit and printers are not, so printed colours will differ, and slight variation between runs is normal.
Standard DTF is for a heat press. Only products labelled iron-on DTF are intended for a household iron. Pressing settings on the packing slip apply to that job.

Fitting, testing and resale
We supply ready-to-press film, not a finished T-shirt. Please test and quality-check on spare fabric before production or before you sell a pressed garment. We are not responsible for artwork you supplied, or for how the transfer is fitted. If testing or recommended press steps are skipped and the job fails after you have sold the shirt, we cannot cover the garment, your labour, or claims from your customers. Production, delivery and returns
Standard handling is 3–5 business days from approved artwork. Same/Next Day handling is coming soon and is not available to order while we finish moving into the new shop. Handling time does not include delivery. We ship within Australia with Australia Post Standard and Express. Local pickup is available from 17 Castlemaine St, Coorparoo QLD 4151 during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:30pm and Saturday, 9:30am to 11:30am).
Transfers are made to your artwork, so change-of-mind returns are not available. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupply of the transfers or the cost of resupply.
