Customer Agreement

By ordering from DTF Transfers Australia you agree to the following. This agreement is for custom DTF film, not for printed garments.

Your design

You check the gang-sheet or cut-sheet preview before Add to Cart
Spelling, layout, size, film type and quantity are your responsibility
Supply print-ready PNG files, transparent background, 300 DPI
Standard DTF needs a heat press. Only products named iron-on DTF are intended for a household iron
Check the packing slip against what you ordered when the film arrives or you collect it

Colour

Screens and speciality films (including neon) will not match a monitor exactly. Small variation is not a defect.

Copyright

You confirm you own or have permission for the artwork. You indemnify DTF Transfers Australia against claims arising from artwork you supplied. The builder asks you to confirm this before checkout.

Fitting, testing and resale

We print ready-to-press film. We do not press it onto garments. You must test and quality-check on spare fabric before production or before you sell a finished shirt. We are not responsible for artwork you supplied, or for how you apply, peel or aftercare the transfer. If you cut corners and a job fails, that cost — including garments, labour and claims from your customers — is yours. See our fitting instructions.

Production starts after payment. Change of mind is not a ground for refund. Choosing the wrong width, length, sheet size or finish is not a manufacturing fault.
