Customer Behaviour Policy

DTF Transfers Australia prints customer artwork onto DTF film. We expect respectful contact with staff and lawful artwork.

Expected conduct

  • Treat staff with courtesy by email, phone or in person at pickup
  • Give accurate contact and delivery details
  • Read the builder preview and shop policies before you pay

We will not print

  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Graphic violence or threats
  • Illegal activity, including drug promotion
  • Pornography or explicit sexual content
  • Logos, characters or brands you do not have the right to use
  • Defamatory content

Our rights

We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this policy, suspend an account, and report illegal material. A cancelled prohibited job is not refunded except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
