Copyright Declaration

When you upload artwork to DTF Transfers Australia you declare the following.

You confirm

• You own the copyright, or you have a licence that allows commercial printing on DTF film
• The file does not copy a brand, sports team, cartoon, photographer, celebrity, movie, game or designer without permission
• You have the right to reproduce any names, likenesses or logos in the design

What we do

We print the file you submit. We do not check every design against trademark databases. If a rights holder contacts us, we may pause or refuse the job. You are responsible for any claim that comes from your artwork.

If a design is found to infringe someone else’s rights, we may cancel the job without refund (except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise) and suspend the account.

Our files

The website, builder and product photos remain our copyright. You may not copy them to run a competing shop.
