About Our DTF transfer sheets
DTF transfer sheets are printed on Hot Insta Peel Film for cotton, polyester, blends, and other garment-friendly materials. You choose a sheet size, upload your artwork, and we print that sheet. Apply with a heat press, not a household iron.
This listing is sold in 200 × 390 mm, 260 × 390 mm, 280 × 390 mm, 300 × 390 mm, 280 × 430 mm, 350 × 390 mm and 380 × 430 mm. Pricing is set per sheet and customers can design online before checkout.
Artwork and Ordering Checklist
- Upload transparent PNG, high-resolution artwork, or other supported files at 300 DPI where possible.
- Use the builder to size every logo, badge, chest print, label, or decal exactly where you need it on the sheet.
- Choose your adhesive before adding to cart so pricing and turnaround are accurate.
- Review the final layout carefully. The builder is intended to produce a print-ready transfer for production.

Which size should I choose?
Use 200 × 390mm for names, numbers and small logos. 260–300mm widths suit most adult front designs. Choose 280 × 430mm, 350 × 390mm or 380 × 430mm when you need extra width or height for larger back graphics.
Is this a cut sheet or a gang sheet?
This listing is for cut-to-size DTF sheets. You choose one of the seven sizes, upload your design and we print that sheet. For extra-long rolls or mixed layouts billed by length, use the Gang Sheet Builder instead.
Can I place several designs on the sheet?
Yes. You can add repeated copies of one design, several different designs or a mixture of sizes. Every design must remain inside the sheet size you selected.

Get your artwork printed at exactly the size you need with custom DTF transfer sheets from DTF Transfers Australia. Choose a sheet size, upload your design and place it on the sheet exactly where you want it. We then print that sheet in full colour in Brisbane on Hot Insta Peel film, ready to heat press onto your garments.
Seven sheet sizes are available: 200 × 390 mm, 260 × 390 mm, 280 × 390 mm, 300 × 390 mm, 280 × 430 mm, 350 × 390 mm and 380 × 430 mm. Use 200 × 390 mm for names, numbers and small logos. Widths from 260 to 300 mm suit most adult front designs, while 280 × 430 mm, 350 × 390 mm and 380 × 430 mm give you extra width or height for larger back graphics.
You can add repeated copies of one design, several different designs or a mix of sizes, as long as every design stays inside the sheet size you selected. Choose white or black adhesive powder before adding to cart. This is a standard cut sheet, not iron-on and not a gang sheet, and it suits cotton, polyester, blends and other garment-friendly materials.
- Upload PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF files only. Transparent PNG artwork at 300 DPI where possible gives the cleanest result.
- Cotton and most fabrics: press at 140°C for 8 to 10 seconds with firm pressure, peel hot, then give it a 10 second final press.
- Polyester: press at 120°C for 30 seconds with firm pressure, cold peel only, then give it a 10 second final press at 120°C.
- Use a heat press, or a Cricut EasyPress when it fully covers the design. A household iron is not suitable.
- No finishing sheet is supplied, so use your own baking paper, parchment or Teflon sheet for the final press.
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days. Test the full process on a spare garment before a production run. Each sheet is printed to order from your artwork, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Please review your layout carefully before you check out.
