Pickup is at the Castlemaine St workshop, form our handy collection point, you can collect 24/7 and we will email you the details once your order is ready.

Finding us and picking up

The workshop is at 17 Castlemaine St, Coorparoo, only a few minutes from the Pacific Motorway and the Coorparoo shops. The workshop is in the laneway between 21 and 17 Castlemaine St; we are located at the second roller door on the right. Pickups are available 24/7 from our handy collection box. If you need a hand collecting we can help – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:30pm and Saturday, 9:30am to 11:30am Brisbane time – and we are closed Sundays and Queensland public holidays.

Email or call?

Email admin@dtftransfers.au is best for artwork questions, quotes, order changes and anything with files attached, because we can look at the print queue and reply with the detail in writing. Give us a call on (07) 3158 3498 when it is time-sensitive – a pickup that needs confirming, a delivery running late, or a quick yes or no before you place an order.

Same/Next Day handling is coming soon, aimed at November–December 2026, and cannot be ordered before then. Orders run on standard handling (typically 3–5 business days) after the 12:00 noon Brisbane cutoff on a business day. Anything after noon, or on a weekend/Qld public holiday, is treated as the next business day. Full detail is on the Dispatch & Deliveries Policy. If you are cutting it fine, ring us rather than email.
