Important for polyester: We strongly recommend against using Iron-On DTF transfers on polyester. Polyester is heat-sensitive and dye-prone, and it is very difficult to get a reliable fit and lasting result with a household iron or craft press. If you still want to try, test on a spare garment first — the choice is yours. For polyester, a proper heat press with our standard Hot Peel / Insta-Peel transfers (and careful testing) is the better path.
This is a labelled iron-on DTF cut sheet, available in 200 × 390 mm, 260 × 390 mm, 280 × 390 mm and 300 × 390 mm. A household iron is OK on this product only. It is not a gang sheet and is not the same as our standard heat-press-only sheets.
Quick settings (household iron): approx. 135–145°C, steam off, firm and even pressure on a firm, flat, heat-resistant surface (not a padded ironing board). Cover with baking paper and press ~10 seconds per section, overlapping. Cool 30–60 seconds before peeling, then a 10–15 second finishing press per section under baking paper. Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash. Full steps: iron-on fitting instructions.
Using a Cricut EasyPress? Same starting settings (approx. 135–145°C, firm even pressure, cool 30–60 seconds before peeling). Full steps: Cricut EasyPress fitting instructions.
For application, follow the packing slip / fitting guide: transfer fitting instructions. More help is available in our FAQ.
