What artwork file should I upload?

Print-ready PNG, JPEG/JPG, or WebP. A transparent background is preferred for PNG and WebP. Prepare the file at about 300 DPI at final print size, crop empty space, and keep fine lines at least about 1 mm (about 4 px). The maximum upload is 254 MB. Do not mirror the artwork.

What is the minimum recommended artwork detail?

Avoid lines or design elements narrower than approximately 1mm or four pixels. Extremely fine details may not adhere reliably.

Do glitter DTF transfers require weeding?

No. Glitter DTF transfers do not require weeding. The design is printed directly onto the speciality transfer film.

Can I apply a glitter DTF transfer with an iron or EasyPress?

No. A household iron is not suitable. A Cricut EasyPress is fine when its platen fully covers the design. If it does not fully cover the design, use a heat press that does. Specialty finishes are cold peel and cut sheets only. Cotton and most fabrics: 160°C for 8 seconds, firm pressure, cool completely, then peel. Polyester: 120°C for 30 seconds, firm pressure, cold peel, then press again for 10 seconds at 120°C. A finishing press is recommended on all apparel after the transfer is fitted: cover the design with parchment paper or baking paper. It locks the print in, smooths the edges, and gives a softer hand. Pre-press first to flatten the garment and remove moisture. A household iron will not last as long as a heat press at the correct time, temperature and pressure. Always test, because presses and garments vary.

Is Australia-wide delivery available?

Yes. Glitter DTF transfers are printed in Brisbane and can be shipped throughout Australia. Brisbane pick-up is also available.

Can I order glitter as a gang sheet?

No. Speciality glitter is this cut sheet. Gangs are standard Hot Insta Peel film.
