DTF Gang Sheets Printed in Brisbane, Delivered Australia-Wide
A DTF gang sheet lets you print many designs on one sheet of transfer film and pay by the metre, not by the transfer. Upload your logos, names, numbers, chest prints, sleeve prints and labels, choose how many of each you need, and our online builder arranges them on the sheet to save film. We print your sheet in-house at our Coorparoo workshop in Brisbane and send it anywhere in Australia, or you can collect it locally.
Choose your sheet width
Gang sheets come in two widths, both 1 metre long: 28 cm wide (280 mm × 1000 mm), ideal for left-chest logos, sleeve prints, labels and smaller runs, and 58 cm wide (580 mm × 1000 mm), ideal for full-front and full-back prints or bigger batches. The minimum order is one metre. Volume discounts apply automatically in the cart once your total film area reaches 6 m², rising to 20% off at 60 m².
Who our gang sheets suit
Our sheets are made for clothing decorators, print shops, sporting clubs, schools, businesses with staff uniforms, market sellers and anyone printing their own tees, hoodies, tote bags, caps and workwear. Because you can mix different designs on the same sheet, one order can cover a whole team, an event or a full product range.
Uploading your artwork
Upload PNG, JPEG/JPG or WebP files. For the cleanest result, use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the size you want to print. Files can be up to 254 MB each. Size and position every design in the builder, then check the final layout carefully before you add it to your cart, because we print the sheet exactly as you build it.
Film, adhesive and how to apply
Standard gang sheets are printed on Hot Insta Peel film with white adhesive powder applied in-house. They are heat-press transfers, not iron-on transfers. A Cricut EasyPress or similar small press is fine when its plate fully covers the design. For cotton and most fabrics, press at 140°C for 8 to 10 seconds with firm pressure and peel while hot. For polyester, press at 120°C for 30 seconds with firm pressure and peel cold. Then give both a second 10-second press under your own parchment, baking paper or Teflon sheet. Transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends and other garment-friendly fabrics.
Turnaround, delivery and pickup
Standard gang sheets are processed in 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Same and next day production is not available on gang sheets yet. We ship Australia-wide with Standard or Express Post, or you can pick up free from 17 Castlemaine St, Coorparoo QLD 4151. The counter is open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:30pm and Saturday 9:30am to 11:30am. Ready orders can also be collected 24/7 from our collection box in the laneway between 21 and 17 Castlemaine St once you receive your ready notification.
Quick answers
How many designs fit on one gang sheet? It depends on the size, orientation, quantity and spacing of each design. The builder shows exactly how your designs fit before you order.
Can I order a single metre? Yes. One metre in either width is the minimum, and you can order as many metres as you need.
Can I use a household iron? No. Gang sheets need a heat press. If you want to apply transfers with a household iron, choose our Custom Iron-On DTF Transfers instead.
Can I return a gang sheet? Every sheet is custom printed from your artwork, so change-of-mind returns aren’t accepted. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
