Dispatch and Deliveries Policy
This policy covers production timing, shipping and local pickup for ready-to-press Direct-to-Film transfers from DTF Transfers Australia in Coorparoo, Brisbane. We do not sell finished garments, blank tees, printers or powder on this site. For custom printed apparel, blanks and graphic tees, see T Shirts Australia.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We sell and ship within Australia only.
Production and handling
Standard handling is typically 3–5 business days after the 12:00 noon Australia/Brisbane cutoff on a business day. Orders placed after noon, or on a weekend or Queensland public holiday, are treated as received the next business day.
Handling time is printing and packing in our workshop. It does not include courier transit once the parcel has left us.
Same / Next Day handling is coming soon and cannot be ordered yet while we finish moving into the new shop. We do not promise that a job placed late in the day leaves the same afternoon. If you have a hard date, email admin@dtftransfers.au before you promise a customer.
We keep approved designs for about 90 days for reorders. Keep your own master file as well.
Shipping
At checkout, choose Shipping (then Standard or Express) or free local pickup. We deliver Australia-wide only — international checkout has no shipping methods.
Postage is calculated per box from the metres of film in the order (part metres round up to the next whole metre), using a 280 mm or 580 mm box to match sheet width. Mixed widths use the larger box. There is no separate packing fee. Rates below are GST-inclusive customer rates:

Orders above 10 metres, or orders that ship in more than one box, are not covered by the rates above. Email admin@dtftransfers.au or call (07) 3158 3498 for a transit estimate. Handling time is separate from carrier transit.
Checkout shows these as Standard and Express under Shipping. Marketing pages may describe the carrier as Australia Post; the checkout labels are Standard and Express. Express shortens transit after we dispatch — it does not shrink our 3–5 business day handling unless you also arranged extra handling with us in writing.
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number. Film is packed flat and dry — keep sheets in the sleeve until you press. If a parcel looks crushed on arrival, photograph it and email us with your order number before you press.
Local pickup
Choose Local pickup — collect from 17 Castlemaine St Coorparoo at checkout. Pickup is free ($0 postage).
Workshop hours (Australia/Brisbane):
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am–2:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am–11:30am
- Sunday and Queensland public holidays: closed

Handling versus delivery
- Handling — printing and packing (typically 3–5 business days after the noon cutoff).
- Delivery — transit after we hand the parcel over, or the wait until you collect a pickup order.
Quoted business days on product pages refer to handling unless the page clearly says otherwise.
Delays and lost parcels
Check tracking first. If a parcel is stuck, marked delivered and missing, or clearly delayed, email admin@dtftransfers.au with your order number. We work with the carrier from there.
From time to time workload or consumable supply can push handling past the usual window. We will do our best to keep you informed when that happens.
