Return and Refund Policy

DTF Transfers Australia prints custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers to the artwork you approve. We do not sell garments, blank T-shirts or unused stock.

For finished custom tees, blanks and graphic tees, see T Shirts Australia. Because each job is made for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

What we cannot refund

  • Change of mind after you order
  • Artwork, spelling, layout or colours you approved in the builder
  • The wrong sheet size, roll width, length or film if you selected it
  • Ordering standard DTF when you needed iron-on (or the other way around)
  • Minor colour difference between a screen and the printed film, including neon and other speciality films
  • Transfers applied incorrectly, or applied without your own test and quality check
  • The cost of garments, labour, shipping to your customers, or making it right with someone you sold a finished shirt to

We print the film; application is the customer’s responsibility. If testing is skipped, or press settings, peel, moisture handling or aftercare are not followed, we cannot cover garments that fail or claims from your customers. A manufacturing defect in the unused film is a different claim, below.

When we will replace or refund

  • Manufacturing defect or poor print quality
  • Wrong product sent
  • Damage in transit (photos required)
  • A major failure under the Australian Consumer Law

How to claim

  1. Email admin@dtftransfers.au within 7 days of delivery, or of the collection date for pickup orders
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the film and packing slip
  3. We will assess the claim within 2 business days

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If goods have a major failure you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. For a minor failure we may repair, replace or refund.
