Bright, bold Neon DTF Film is coming soon to DTF Transfers Australia. We are preparing to launch a new range of fluorescent DTF film rolls designed for customers who want their transfers to stand out with high-impact colour.

The first release will be available in 300mm-wide rolls, with four neon colours planned for launch:

• Neon Yellow
• Neon Green
• Neon Pink
• Neon Orange

We are not launching with purple at this stage. Some supplier images may show purple as part of the wider manufacturer colour range, but our first release will focus on the four colours above. 600mm-wide rolls may follow later, depending on demand.

What Is Neon DTF Film?

Neon DTF Film is a specialty direct-to-film transfer film designed to create bright fluorescent-style colour effects. Unlike standard white film used for regular DTF transfers, neon film gives the finished transfer a bold coloured base that can make simple artwork, logos, names, numbers and statement designs stand out.

This type of film is best suited to designs where the neon colour is part of the look. It is not intended to replace standard full-colour DTF transfers for every job. Instead, it gives customers another creative option when they want something louder, brighter and more eye-catching.

For standard full-colour DTF printing, you can still order our regular DTF gang sheets or custom DTF T-shirt transfers.

Launch Colours

Our first Neon DTF Film release will include four colours:

• Neon Yellow – bright, sharp and highly visible.
• Neon Green – bold and energetic, ideal for standout designs.
• Neon Pink – great for fashion, event shirts and statement graphics.
• Neon Orange – strong, vibrant and high-impact.

Although the manufacturer may offer additional colours, we are keeping the first release focused. This allows us to test local demand, check how customers use the product, and keep stock manageable while we introduce the range.

Why We Are Starting with 300mm Rolls

We are launching with 300mm-wide rolls first because this size is practical for many customers using smaller format DTF setups, custom transfer work and specialty production. It also gives customers a more accessible way to test neon film without committing to a larger 600mm-wide roll.

600mm rolls may follow later if demand is strong. Starting with 300mm rolls gives us a good way to introduce the product while making sure the colours, handling and customer demand are right for the Australian market.

Fitting and Product Information

The following information is based on the supplied product specifications and manufacturer guidance. As with all specialty DTF films, we recommend testing before pressing onto finished garments, especially when working with new fabrics, new artwork styles or a different heat press.

Important: These are specialty transfer films and should be treated differently from standard hot peel DTF transfers. For best results, always do your own testing before production. Heat presses can vary, and different garments can react differently to time, temperature and pressure.

When Will Neon DTF Film Be Available?

We expect the Neon DTF Film range to be available in around 4–6 weeks. This will depend on supply, freight, testing and setup before the product is made live on the website.

At launch, the planned colours are:

• Neon Yellow
• Neon Green
• Neon Pink
• Neon Orange

The first release will be in 300mm-wide rolls. If customer demand is strong, we may also look at adding 600mm rolls later.
