Artwork Requirements

To achieve the best results with your custom DTF transfers, please follow these artwork guidelines:

• Files must be supplied at 300 DPI resolution in .png format with a transparent background.

• Artwork should be designed in a gold colour with negative spaces where needed.

• Avoid design details smaller than 1mm (4px) as these may not adhere properly.

• Artwork file size must not exceed 150MB.

• We cannot modify artwork—please ensure all files are print-ready before submission.

• Non-transparent backgrounds will be printed as supplied.

Fitting Instructions (Cold Peel)

1. Pre-Press the garment prior to fitting the transfer to ensure there is no moisture in the garment

2. Place your garment on the heat press and position the transfer (adhesive side down).

3. Cover with a parchment paper.

4. Heat press at 160–175°C for 15–20 seconds.

5. Remove garment, allow to cool fully, then carefully peel away the film.

6. Use a sticky lint roller to remove any excess foil.

7. Perform a final press for 10–20 seconds with parchment paper over the design for maximum durability.

8. Allow garment to cool completely before folding or packaging.

⚠️ Important: These transfers are not suitable for household irons or Cricut EasyPress. Specialty foil transfers require a tighter fitting tolerance than standard DTF transfers and are harder to fit.

• Handling Time: 3-6 business days (We do not process or print orders on weekends and public holidays). Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

General Care Instructions for the Finished Product

To keep your Custom T Shirt looking great:

• Machine washable, Cold to Cool Wash on a Gentle Cycle for convenience.
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals. (we recommend using OMO Sensitive for detergent)
• Do not tumble dry to maintain the integrity of the print and the fabric.
• Do not iron directly on the print to avoid damage to the custom designs.
